It was a fantastic location and the unit was very clean. Also, we appreciated the lady who was on call while we had the very stressful situation where unit 105s door was jammed and the door wouldn’t open while my young child was inside after it briefly closing. She seemed to be familiar with that situation happening and was willing to come help us get in. If I could offer one recommendation, I would replace the chairs on the front patio. While cleaning off the front patio from the sand that had accumulated. Moving the chairs I noticed one with duck tape and only three screws holding the back together. Which seemed to have had rotted screws. My 5 year old had been sitting in that chair prior and had he gotten off it wrong or with any pressure he could have fell off the back and hit his head on the concrete. We followed all of the check-out procedures and messaged housekeeping when we left this morning.
