We can very efficiently manage inquiries and bookings for all the condo units we manage. Our website and software allow convenient online bookings for guests and integrates easily with our HomeAway/VRBO listings. We manage everything on behalf of the owner. We will take professional pictures and a video of your unit as part of our standard marketing and advertisement. We handle all steps of the guest reservation process including processing bookings, collection and remittance of State/County taxes, cleaning schedules, and maintenance of the properties. Our condo repairs and maintenance are based upon your pre-approved recommendations. Any other needed expenses also require your approval. We provide you a monthly statement that is transparent and easy to understand. We gladly get all issues handled - scheduled and emergencies. We live here, work here, and have people available on a 24-hour daily basis.
