Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. During peak seasons, units may not be ready promptly at 4:00 PM.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed in select units Aqua Villa 102 and Aqua Villa 105 (Dogs under 40 lbs.)Pets are not permitted in any other units, and evidence of a pet results in immediate eviction with no refund.

How does payment and cancellation work?

A $300 payment is due at booking, with the balance automatically charged 45 days before arrival. All payments are non-refundable, so travel insurance is recommended.
