5/21/26 Maintenance knocked on our door around 9:30 am. We were still in bed and suddenly the door opened to let the bug guy into the unit to spray chemicals. 5/23/26 Maintenance again knocked on our door regarding groceries left at next door unit and on 5/25/26 the sheriff knocked on our door at 10:00 pm asking if we left someone at AJ's. Very unusual and disruptive. This unit needs updating, the balcony door is secured with a wooded stick and there is no lock on the balcony. Floor was dirty and our socks were filthy. Sofa sleeper needs replaced and the unit smelled when we arrived. The location is fantastic! Free chairs & umbrella an added bonus. Would I stay here again? YES, if updated. I also have pictures if interested
It was a great week of beautiful weather to sit on the beach all day and dine on fresh sea food at the local restaurants in the evening. It was the perfect vacation for us. The condo was very comfortable and the view of the beach and the gulf from the balcony was perfect! Thanks for another great stay at this rental!
This was a perfect space for my daughter and I to spend the week at the beach! The space was clean and comfortable. Check in/out was easy. Having an umbrella and chairs each day was the best perk! We will definitely be back!
