It was convenient to the beach and the pool. Everything was okay with the rental just the area and other tenants around was not the most respectful. We enjoyed our week and kids had no complaints so thats all that mattered to us.
Rental was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay. Literally walk a few feet and your at the beach. Pool area was nice and water was great temperature- only thing is they need someone daily to skim leaves etc out. Renters seemed to do it but shouldn’t have to. Only thing I would say the rental needed was a dust pan since you sweep the floor several times a day due to sand being tracked in and some kind of air freshener installed. Unit smelled a bit musty when we checked in but maybe it hadn’t been used in a while. We did have one issue with a leaking bathroom sink annd the rental company was on it very quickly! Management company was great to deal with. Overall I’d give it a 9 out of10! Book your stay now!!
We had a great stay at Sugar Sands. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole place felt well taken care of. The location was perfect too, close to the beach and nearby restaurants but still quiet enough to relax. Beverly was especially helpful throughout our stay. She was very responsive, kind, and made everything easy from check-in to any questions we had during the trip. Traveling with kids can sometimes be stressful, but having a host who communicates well and is willing to help makes a big difference. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area.
