Located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Easy walk across the steps right onto the sand. Everything listed was as described. Enjoyed our stay
This was a very nice unit. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was so nice to have a full sized washer, dryer, and refrigerator. The living room furniture was comfortable, unlike many of the condos we have stayed in. This unit is directly over the pool, which was very crowded and noisy most of the time. It would be great if you had older kids who could go to the pool alone and you wanted to watch them from the balcony. The balcony on this unit is large and has comfortable chairs but it sticks out from the other balconies and is very visible from the pool and the balconies on each side, which leaves you very exposed while sitting outside on the balcony. The pool area was nice and clean but the pool was really not big enough for a property this size. Overall, we had a great time and were very comfortable in this condo.
Our unit 408 was extremely nice. Loved everything about it. Spent lots of time on the beach and balcony relaxing. The umbrella and two chairs are a must for us when choosing a condo. Also gulf front is another requirement. 408 met all of our expectations. Was so appreciative of the multiport charging station and the closet cabinet in the living room. Sugar Sands is so easy to work with and kept us informed at every step. Thank you.
